The team
Payments and acceptance. QR and card rails, terminals, settlement files and reconciliation.
About the role
You own settlement files and reconciliation, and you are the one who finds the reason when a batch does not balance. The answer is always somewhere, and finding it is the work.
What you will do
- Run and check daily settlement and reconciliation across acquirers and wallets.
- Investigate breaks and drive them to a root cause with the engineers.
- Improve the automated checks so the same break does not recur.
- Report on settlement to clients in terms they can act on.
What you will bring
- Experience in payments operations, finance operations or similar.
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
- The stubbornness to chase a difference down to the last sen.
- Clear written communication with both engineers and finance teams.
